What have you done this summer?
Summer is at it's midpoint and it kinda depends how you look at it as far as how you feel about this moment.
An optimist would look at it as if there were pelnty of time left to do whatever it is they do. Still half a summer of funshine in the sunshine to go.
A pessimist would be thinking that half the summer is over and that they didnt have enough time left to do anything at all. Either way, there really is still time to get out and do whatever it is you do in the summer. Many pools are still open, the beaches are still there, the [img]graemlins/sun.gif[/img] is still shining and there is plenty of time to work on that tan. Still time to hit the local attractions or an outdoor show or concert, still time to hit another fest or two, still time to dine alfresco ride a bike or go for a summer stroll. Still time for ballgames, and tennis and frisbee whatever and all other outdoor sports and games. Yes folks, there is still a half a glass of the water that is summer to drink. A half a coop of summer peachness to taste. A half a summer of fun to be had, so get out and have some. Take part in whatever you like to do, have another dip in the pool, have another day at the beach, have another afternoon of nothing at all but catching some rays. Have another tropical treat, grill out one more time, or do it all as many more times as you can. Most of all, remember to enjoy yourself. The summer is still here and the good times it brings are as well. Flip on your flops (or flop on your flips or flip flop on your crocs...) and throw on some shorts or your bikini, swimsuit or whatever and do you r thang. The time is now, it's here, it's for the talking. Have some more summer fun before summer closes for the season and you regret not taking part. Still half a summer to go, and that's plenty for most. Even if you didnt do much the first half, it's not how you start but how you finish that counts.
